Sound like your week?

Every evening, the same question: what’s for dinner?

The problem isn’t you. Nobody handed you a plan.

  • The same five dinners on repeat, because thinking up a sixth takes energy you don’t have at the end of the day.
  • Vegetables going soft in the crisper drawer before you figure out what to do with them.
  • Three store runs in one week, and somehow still nothing for tonight.
  • Leftovers pushed to the back of the fridge until they end up in the bin.
Meet your plan for the month

Your whole month, already decided

A calendar that tells you what to eat, recipes that tell you how, and weekly lists that tell you what to buy. All built from ordinary groceries, and made to run again next month.

Why it actually works

Cook less often. Eat well every day.

  1. Shop once a week

Every week has its own one-trip shopping list, sorted by aisle.

  2. Cook three anchors

A roast or braise, a pot of soup or chili, and a batch of grains.

  3. Remix what’s left

21 remix recipes turn those leftovers into brand-new meals.

That’s the trick behind the whole month: fewer ingredients, less waste, and a hundred recipes that fit on a normal shopping list.

Not another recipe app

Recipes are everywhere. A month that runs itself isn’t.

  • No more deciding. All five meals for every day are already chosen.
  • One store trip a week, with a list sorted by aisle.
  • Leftovers become new meals instead of going in the bin.
  • Ordinary kitchen, ordinary groceries. No special pans, stand mixer or one-use ingredients.
  • Made to rerun. Swap the anchors or start on week three and it feels like a new plan.

Quick answers

Who is it portioned for?

Every recipe serves two, or serves one person twice. Cooking for one? Halve the meat and produce on the shopping list and leave the pantry items as they are.

Do I need special equipment or ingredients?

No. Nothing needs a special pan, a stand mixer or an ingredient you’d only use once. The month runs on ordinary groceries, many of which are pantry staples.

What if I don’t like a meal?

Swap any day for another day in the same slot and the shopping list still holds. After a month, cross out the recipes you skipped and put a favourite in their place.

Is this a physical book?

No, it’s a digital PDF you download right after checkout. Read it on your phone, tablet or computer, or print the pages you want on the fridge.
